We ship to all European Union member states, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

3. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• Switzerland, Norway & United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For shipments to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
