1. General
These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through sol-store.eu, operated by SOL, Albertschweitzersstraat 8, 2811 SC Reeuwijk, The Netherlands (KVK: 66466490, VAT: NL001526602B26). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual product.
3. Prices
All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of placing your order.
4. Orders & Payment
By placing an order you make a binding offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Accepted payment methods are shown at checkout. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. SOL is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other circumstances beyond our control. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
6. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return)
Consumers in the EU, Switzerland, Norway, and the UK have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any reason. A handling fee of €2.50 will be deducted from the refund. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Swimwear bottoms and bikini bottoms that have been tried on without the protective hygiene sticker cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@sol-store.eu within 14 days of receiving your order.
7. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method, minus the €2.50 handling fee.
8. Warranty & Complaints
SOL guarantees that our products conform to the purchase agreement. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@sol-store.eu within 14 days of receipt. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
9. Liability
SOL's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or consequential damages. This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
10. Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy on sol-store.eu.
11. Applicable Law & Disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
